RAPPAHANNOCK ACADEMY, Va. -- Guided by a slew of historic efforts and a record-breaking performance by Logan Harrington, the Christopher Newport women's cross country team captured its second straight Capital Athletic Conference Championship, while the men finished second overall during the title meet held at the Four Winds Golf Club on Saturday.
