FARMVILLE, Va. – Longwood University has completed its 2011 men's and women's cross country campaigns.  The Lancers, coached by fifth-year head coach Catherine Hanson, ran at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships November 12 at the E.P. 'Tom' Sawyer State Park in Louisville, Kentucky before finishing the fall at the ECAC/IC4A Championships Nov. 19 at Van Cortlandt Park in the Bronx, New York.  Longwood women placed 34th of 35 at the NCAA Regional meet hosted by the University of Louisville, and 18th of 22 at the ECAC Championship. Longwood men finished 31st of 32 at the NCAA Regional, and 16th of 16 at the IC4A Championship.
